1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the CLEANOIR mobile application handles information when you use the app.

CLEANOIR is a commercial cleaning and facilities-services application designed to help users explore services, prepare cleaning enquiries, create indicative cost estimates, save selected services, maintain local request summaries, and contact CLEANOIR through their installed email application.

We aim to collect and process only the information reasonably necessary for the functionality provided by the app.

2. Information You May Provide

CLEANOIR may allow you to voluntarily enter information when preparing a quote request, site-visit request, support enquiry, or other service-related request.

This information may include:

• Business or company name
• Email address
• Telephone or mobile number
• Premises postcode
• Premises type
• Approximate floor area
• Cleaning-service requirements
• Preferred service frequency

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and appropriate for the purpose of your enquiry.

3. Local Data Storage

CLEANOIR uses local device storage for certain app features.

Information that may be stored locally includes:

• Onboarding completion status
• Theme preference
• Saved or favourite services
• Basic user-entered contact information for convenience
• Draft enquiry information
• Basic quote or service-request summaries
• Cleaning-planner selections
• Application preferences

This information is stored on your device using local application storage such as SharedPreferences.

CLEANOIR does not require an account or remote user profile for these features.

4. Service and Quote Enquiries

CLEANOIR does not automatically upload your quote requests, service requests, or personal details to a CLEANOIR server.

When you choose to continue with an enquiry, the app may prepare an email containing information that you entered.

The app then opens a compatible email application installed on your device so that you can:

1. Review the prepared email;
2. Make any changes you want; and
3. Decide whether to send it.

The email is not considered sent merely because CLEANOIR prepared or opened the email draft.

Once you choose to send an email, the email and its contents are processed by your selected email provider and are subject to that provider's own privacy practices.

5. Information We Do Not Collect Through the App

CLEANOIR does not intentionally collect or process:

• Credit or debit card numbers
• Bank-account information
• Cryptocurrency-wallet information
• Online-payment credentials
• Passwords for CLEANOIR accounts
• Government identification documents
• Health or medical records
• Biometric information
• Contact-list information
• SMS or call-log information
• Precise background location
• Financial or investment information

The app does not provide banking, lending, investment, cryptocurrency, gambling, medical, or adult services.

6. Payment Information

CLEANOIR does not process online payments.

The application does not collect:

• Card details
• Banking details
• Digital-wallet credentials
• Cryptocurrency payments
• Subscription-payment information

Any pricing displayed by the estimate tool is for planning purposes only and is not a payment transaction or confirmed quotation.

Any eventual pricing or payment arrangement for a cleaning service must be confirmed separately with the business.

7. Indicative Estimate Tool

CLEANOIR includes an estimate feature that may use information such as:

• Premises type
• Approximate floor area
• Service frequency
• Cleaning requirements

to calculate an indicative planning estimate.

These calculations are performed for informational purposes.

An estimate generated by CLEANOIR:

• Is not a final quotation;
• Is not a guaranteed price;
• Does not constitute a contract;
• Does not confirm service availability; and
• May differ from a formal quotation after the site and service requirements are reviewed.

8. Internet Images and Network Access

CLEANOIR may use an internet connection to load relevant service, onboarding, or informational images from external image-hosting providers.

Network access may therefore involve standard technical information being exchanged with those providers, such as an IP address and basic connection information, as normally required to deliver internet content.

CLEANOIR does not use these external images to intentionally obtain sensitive personal information from users.

Some important service images may also be bundled directly within the application.

9. Third-Party Services and Libraries

The application may include Android libraries necessary for functions such as:

• Loading and displaying images;
• Android user-interface functionality;
• Local application preferences; and
• Standard application operation.

For example, CLEANOIR may use an image-loading library such as Glide to display remote images.

Third-party software may process limited technical information as necessary to provide its functionality.

10. Email Applications

When CLEANOIR opens an email application, the email provider or email application is a separate third-party service.

CLEANOIR does not control how that provider processes information after you choose to send an email.

Information entered into CLEANOIR may be used to:

• Prepare cleaning-service enquiries;
• Prepare quote requests;
• Prepare site-visit requests;
• Save request summaries locally;

We do not use information entered into the app to provide financial profiling, medical profiling, gambling services, or targeted lending or investment products.

CLEANOIR does not automatically sell, rent, or trade information entered into the application.

Information may leave your device when you deliberately perform an action such as sending an email through your chosen email provider.

When you choose to send an enquiry email, information included in that email may be shared with CLEANOIR and processed for the purpose of responding to your enquiry or providing requested service information.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, prevent abuse, or comply with a lawful request.

13. Data Security

Reasonable measures are used to reduce unnecessary collection and exposure of user information.

CLEANOIR follows a local-first approach for features such as favourites, theme settings, and request summaries.

However, no electronic storage, device, email transmission, or internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information into free-text fields.

14. Data Retention

Information stored locally by CLEANOIR generally remains on your device until:

• You delete the relevant saved information through available app controls;
• You clear the application's data through Android settings; or
• You uninstall the application.

Information sent by email is no longer controlled solely by CLEANOIR's local application storage.

Where CLEANOIR receives an enquiry by email, information may be retained only as reasonably necessary to:

• Review or respond to the enquiry;
• Communicate about requested services;
• Maintain appropriate business records; or
• Meet applicable legal requirements.

15. Deleting Local Data

You may remove locally stored CLEANOIR information using available in-app delete or clear functions where provided.

You can also remove the application's stored data using Android application settings or by uninstalling the application.

If you have already sent information to CLEANOIR by email and wish to ask about deletion of that information, contact:

16. Permissions

CLEANOIR is designed to minimise the use of sensitive Android permissions.

The current application does not require permissions for:

Internet access may be used for loading online images and normal network-related application functionality.

If future versions introduce features requiring additional permissions, this Privacy Policy and relevant in-app disclosures will be updated where necessary.

17. Location Information

CLEANOIR may allow users to manually enter a postcode or premises information in a service enquiry.

Manual entry of a postcode does not mean the app is accessing the device's GPS location.

The current version does not perform background location tracking.

CLEANOIR is a business-services application and is not designed primarily for children.

We do not knowingly design the application to collect personal information from children for advertising, profiling, or similar purposes.

CLEANOIR does not currently include advertising functionality intended to create behavioural advertising profiles.

The current CLEANOIR application is designed without an unnecessary account system or complex remote analytics backend.

Preparing an email within CLEANOIR does not force you to send it.
